By accessing or using TavaSIS (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZYT Pte. Ltd. ("ZYT", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
TavaSIS is a software-as-a-service platform designed to assist consulting firms and their clients in managing Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) certification projects. The Platform facilitates the self-assessment, desk assessment, and onsite audit stages of the GSTC certification process.
ZYT is a software provider only. We are not a Certification Body, accreditation authority, or GSTC-affiliated entity. Use of the Platform does not guarantee GSTC certification. Certification decisions are made solely by the relevant Certification Body.
The Platform operates a tiered access structure: ZYT administrators, consulting firm managers, consultant staff, client managers, and client operational staff. Each tier has defined permissions and access levels as described in the Platform documentation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify us immediately at service@tavasis.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
Access to the Platform for consulting firms is governed by a subscription agreement. The consulting firm is responsible for the conduct of all users under its subscription, including its staff and the clients it invites to the Platform.
You may use the Platform solely for the purpose of managing GSTC certification projects in accordance with these Terms and any applicable subscription agreement. You must not:
You retain ownership of all data, documents, notes, and content you upload or create on the Platform ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant ZYT a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Platform services.
The GSTC criteria, performance sub-criteria, and related standard text displayed on the Platform are the intellectual property of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council and are reproduced verbatim for reference purposes only. ZYT makes no claim of ownership over GSTC standard content.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all content you submit through the Platform. ZYT does not verify the accuracy of self-assessments, evidence documents, or any other content uploaded by users.
The Platform, including its software, design, features, and all ZYT-created content, is the exclusive property of ZYT Pte. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Platform beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZYT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The CB Readiness Score and Key Findings generated by the Platform are indicative tools only. They do not constitute professional advice and do not predict or guarantee the outcome of any GSTC certification assessment by a Certification Body.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, ZYT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if ZYT has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ZYT's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ZYT in the twelve months preceding the claim.
ZYT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. ZYT will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export Your Content before termination, subject to applicable data retention policies.
ZYT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email notification to registered users. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules.
